Halloween Costume Party link up 2014

Kinsey got it into her head to be Alice in Wonderland this Halloween.  It thrills me no end (I was Alice in 2005 (horrible quality, but you get the idea. Man, Brian and I look like babies!):
Her great Aunt sewed her costume and sent it from Arkansas.  How adorable is this?!  I mean, come on?!
'Adorable' doesn't even fully describe it: _______________{insert adjective here}!!!

Alice in Wonderland tea party
Keeping with the Wonderland theme (you know I love a good theme) Brielana is going as the Dormouse from the Mad Tea Party.

I didn't score any good Mommy points in regards to these pictures, Brielana was actually sleeping; but I figured, it added realism- that Dormouse was always asleep! That's my story and I'm sticking with it ;)

Aren't they a pair?!

HaPPY HaLLoWeeN!!!

What Kinsey Wore: Pinafore dress

We had a special play date with one of Kinsey's first friends from Preschool last year at the Aquarium.  There's something to be said for exploring the seas with a buddy.  It was like a whole new experience and we go the Aquarium frequently.
These darling girls have very similar personalities and temperaments and get along great, for the most part.  Then there's that 2% chance of a rift that sends both sulking ;)  Its definitely a life lesson in a little dose. We've all been there! Thankfully they bounce back quickly!
I also had fun spending time with her Mama. Its nice to make new Mom friends, especially when our daughters are so fond of each other.  So, here's to old (mini) friends and new (mom) friends!  One is silver and the other gold.

Smock dress: Genuine Kids, thrifted
Long Sleeve tee: Gap
Tights: Target
Booties: Circo, gifted

The Big Patch

Our Annual visit to the Big Pumpkin Patch was on Sunday!  Sadly, Brian had to work but having her aunt and uncle there kept Kinsey entertained.

Besides a huge selection of pumpkins and gourds, there were Golden Pheasants, ducks and/or geese- deeks?! (cus they seriously looked like a crazy hybrid) and a turkey, a haunted Barn (which we didn't partake in) and a big corn maze (which we did!)

Not a fan haha
I was on a mission to find the perfect pumpkin and finally found one!  I only had to climb over 2 crates and haul it out from under a few pumpkins but I succeeded!  All while Baby wearing.  #WonderMommy.

Kinsey found a new friend :)  His name is Olaf.

A few photo opportunities.  Brielana was awake for this one picture, a miracle.

We found this one for Daddy, holla!

Back at the In Laws house, we carved our pumpkins and I made my famous seeds.  And remember that quest for the perfect pumpkin?  Bam!  Also an annual event.  But this may be the last year she's going to willingly pose for this.  Time to pass the baton to Brielana.

Flasbacks: Awwwww! 2011 and 2012, respectively.
