At first I wasn't sure if I would participate in this month's Mom Style Remix challenge because I only own four graphic tees and technically two are sweatshirts. But after playing around with some layering pieces I realized I actually did have something to contribute; and these may be my favorite looks so far! Funny how that works, right? A side note: Kinsey was my photographer and she did her mama proud. Affiliate links used. A small commission may be received if you purchase an item through my links. Thank you for supporting my blog!
This is my go to graphic tee, I've owned it for about three years and purchased it from Sevenly which has a wonderful give-back program to charities with every product purchase. And their flowy tops are thee best.
sun hat // maxi skirt (similar) // ballet flats
Also, trying out the knotted tee trend. Dana can rock this look like no other and it may have ruined it for me (I just can't compare ;)
lace kimono(similar) // skinny jeans // gladiator sandals(similar)
If I was to go to a summer festival I could see myself wearing either of these outfits; both are boho-esque without making me feel like I'm playing dress up. The sun hat is my newest summer accessory and I adore it.
Linking up here.
Girl, you are the cutest! You look adorable in that hat!
ReplyDeleteI am LOVING these looks!!! That graphic tee is great and I love how you styled it. You are totally pulling off the knotted tee look and beach hat! Kinsey has some photog talent too!!!
ReplyDeleteGirl you look amazing! I love the different looks. You have such a fun style. I never would have thought to do the graphic tee like that.
ReplyDeleteLook at you all fashion blogger like. I am LOVING that hat on you. SO stinking cute. It almost makes me think I could pull it off... probably not though.
ReplyDeleteThat sun hat is amazing on you! I can never wear hats. I think my head is too big, they just slide all the wrong ways.
ReplyDeleteI love it! Super cute outfits- both of them. And I love that hat! Where did you get it? I need one for summer.
ReplyDeleteYou are so stinkin' cute! When I was scrolling through my Bloglovin feed, I seriously thought yours was a fashion blog! You are rocking these outfits and I love how you styled the tee!!
ReplyDeleteAren't you just the cutest fashionista?
ReplyDeleteVery cute! Love that hat and the sandals. Makes me want to go shopping.
ReplyDeleteWork it, mama! That was part of the goal of this whole challenge - to figure out how to use items in your closet in ways you may not have thought of. Your looks are gorgeous! Am loving that kimono - makes me want to pick one up :) I bet it looks great with so many different styles.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jenn! I love being able to "shop from my closet" it makes getting dressed like a game of sorts haha. Im actually having trouble with that kimono, it needs to be worn more, but I need ideas!
DeleteI just love it all! You're rocking that hat!!

Ooh love the boho styling with the maxi skirt and the hat. So fun! And it makes me so happy that this month's linkup inspired you to get a little creative and try out some new outfits - successfully! :)
ReplyDeleteBoth outfits are cute! I love the long skirt and the hat!
ReplyDelete(P.S. Lexie is my photographer. I told her to keep up with it because she's getting really good!)
Love it! Funny how you force yourself to follow a prompt and then realize, hey I do like this after all!
ReplyDeleteLove a good graphic tee and you wear it well, both ways. Plus you ROCK that hat!! One downside to SHORT hair, just doesn't always work in a hat. :(
ReplyDeleteLoved the hat! You go Mommy!
ReplyDeleteWhitney, my friend, you are adorable! I love both of these looks and that hat is amazing. I don't know if I own any graphic tees, but this post makes me want one!
