There is nothing I like more than looking back and reminiscing. These just did my mama heart I N. Kinsey has grown up so much and I marvel at the little baby she was and the lady she is growing into, sigh. Babies just don't keep... On to the costumes of Halloweens past!
{Kinsey}
2011 Baby's First Halloween! Kinsey was 8 months old and she was dressed as a lamb. I couldn't find a full body shot (but I know I took one, so it's somewhere lol) but she's wearing her lamb ears and looking so sweet.
2012 She was a butterfly and she is looking so sassy in this picture! I die every time. She is p-i-s-s-e-d that I put the hood on for the picture and blaming my gramma for messing with her, haha!
2013 The first year Kinsey chose her own costume and she went as Tinker Bell. I was unknowingly pregnant and after doing some light Mall trick or treating we went home and called it a night.
2014 Kinsey went with another literary character, Alice in Wonderland. Her Great-Aunt Cindy made her this costume and sent it from Arkansas (and she also wore it for her Wonderland Birthday Party.) And probably my favorite thus far! And here's the fail: it rained so hard we didn't even get to go trick or treating, boo!
2015 I know we're cutting it close, but Kinsey has yet to finalize a costume; she is torn between Hermione from Harry Potter and Olivia the Pig (have you seen the adorable collaboration at Gymboree?! I want all the things!)
{Brielana}
2014 Baby's First Halloween! Brielana was 3 months old and dressed up as the Dormouse to go along with Kinsey's Alice, of course. Annnd I just couldn't help myself!
2015 Brielana is going as a ladybug. I have yet to "test dress" but I know the costume will fit great, it was the same one Kinsey wore for her First Birthday (Our Little Lady Bug Turns One) and can't wait to do a comparison picture!
I'm slacking on this years photo shoot due to Kinsey's costume dilemma, but once she's decided, I will get to sharing this years costumes!
I'm holding out on sharing Connor's costume because I think he is just too cute in it and want to share all the cuteness on Halloween with everyone. If you are wondering... he is a red, white and blue American Captain ;)
ReplyDeleteLOVE the Olivia collection!!! Both wonderful choices for this year's costumes!! And LOVE the dormouse!!!
ReplyDeleteOMG! I love the Alice and doormouse costume idea. Adorable!!! I really hope Olivia is the pick! That would be awesome! Can't wait to see. :)
ReplyDeleteLove these! That mouse costume is adorable! Mac is insisting on being Buzz Lightyear this year. Ugh. I'm not thrilled about it.
ReplyDeleteI totally need to "test dress" my boys' costumes this year. Alice and doormouse is such a cute combo!
ReplyDeleteThe Alice in Wonderland costume is amazing! And so much more special because it was made by family. Love!
ReplyDeleteAwww! Love these costumes. And I love that they had coordinating costumes last year. So precious.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so adorable!
ReplyDeleteAhhh, they're both so cute in this costumes! I love coordinating our family, and this year totally dropped the ball (my excuse is having a baby). Marcus is recycling a costume, but it will tie in to our family theme.
ReplyDeleteOh so cute! I was planning to do a post like this next week :)!
ReplyDeleteSo much cuteness! I love Alice and the mouse. Can't wait to see this year's costumes!
