Five Reasons why NOW is the time to try Stitch Fix

I have been a member of Stitch Fix for over two years now. Granted, I only average one box for every three to six months, but I feel like the company has come leaps and bounds over the last few months and if you haven’t jumped on the bandwagon yet, I'm here to tell you why now is the time to do so.

O N E | Its easier than ever to get what you want
Download the app and take daily “style shuffles”; a visual of a clothing item or accessory will be displayed and you give it either a thumbs up or down indicating if you like it or not. Your preferences are saved and your stylist can reference them when picking your next Fix.

T W O | More ways to shop.
There is literally a Fix for everyone in the family. Stitch Fix for yourself. Stitch Fix Men for hubby. Expecting? Stitch Fix Maternity is for you! And don’t forget your kiddos! Stitch Fix Kids just released earlier this year with sizes ranging from 2T through 14. Gift cards are also available.

T H R E E | Styling Stylists.
Feeling like your stylist isn’t getting your vibe right? Choose another one! I promise they don’t take it personally. I have had four different stylists and only recently have I felt like requesting a specific one regularly. You just never know who will understand your fashion aesthetic until you give it a try.

F O U R | Great Customer service.
Need I say more? My spring Fix was atrocious so when I sent everything back and filled out a return note that was less than enthusiastic I immediately got an email asking how Stitch Fix could make my experience right. That kind of positive customer interaction speaks volumes to me and makes me feel valued as a consumer and loyal shopper.

F I V E | Add on basic items.
Need a bralette? Camisole? Add on basic undergarment items and try them on with your Fix. Return what doesn’t work for you. Its an easy way to replenish your drawers. Brands include Hanky Panky, Wacoal Free People and Hue and the $20 styling fee can go towards the purchase of these extras.

How it Works | Getting started.
And just in case you've never heard of Stitch Fix, it is a subscription-based virtual styling program. You take a style quiz where you rate outfits, mark down your measurements and sizes, choose colors/patterns/shapes that you do and don't like and schedule how many and how often your Fixes are sent out. A Stylist goes over your notes and picks out five items for you to try on in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Take a few days to decide what you love + want to keep, send back the items you don't like in the prepaid mailer. Easy peasy! And if you sign up using my referral link here you get a $25 shopping credit, enough to cover the $20 styling fee plus an extra $5 towards your purchase! Let this be the start of a stylish relationship.

I actually have a Fix I'll be sharing next week! (drum roll please...)

  1. I got a box about 3 months ago and loved every single piece. I finally found the stylist that gets me and my style, not to mention knows I won't spend a ton.

  4. I can't wait to see your fix! I've been wanting to sign up but I'm trying to lose the baby weight, ugh.

  5. I like the “style shuffles” too! I think they helped nail down my style. My last box had 5 items that I could have kept! I only kept 2 because that was all I needed at the time, but all 5 were my style and fit just great.

Also - it's so fun to be able to try Stitch Fix for men and kids too! My husband and 7-year old both enjoyed their fixes. :)
