Growing up Clark // seven month edit

And here we are, another month older.

Clark just discovered his hair and it is so cute to see him patting it or running his fingers through it. I must say it is super soft and can look quite golden in the sunshine.

Clark is low crawling and getting around pretty fast! He's still working on staying balanced when sitting up. Just as a curiosity I checked Brielana’s 7th month update and it was the same for her too! For some reason I thought she was sitting up earlier. It's fascinating to speculate his developmental curve.

Added new food to the BLW Master List: puffs, teething biscuits, baby oatmeal, applesauce, baby yogurt, mango, lamb, butternut squash, red potatoes, ham, broccoli, asparagus.

Little man is growing quite the shoe collection. I’m not mad about it.

It amazes me how easygoing and smiley Clark is but on a dime can get very upset and vocalizes his distress very loudly. The kid is happy, happy, until he’s not. 

Speaking of being vocal, the baby babble is too cute. Kinsey gave him a kiss and the noise he made sounded EXACTLY like “yuck”, we cracked up. 

Naps are back on schedule with Clark going to sleep on his own in bed. There was a weird 3-4 week upset that made me very nervous that he had become dependant on rocking/being held to sleep mixed in with teething pains and/or adjusting to eating solids. I also must note that I have to keep him on a 2-3 hour nursing schedule during the day or suffer the consequences come night time.

I can’t believe we are on the other side of babyhood, Clark is closer to being a year old (only 5 months away, sob.) and farther away from his newborn days. Brian semi-joked that we keep having babies because they grow up too fast and it makes us sad. #TRUTH
