Happy National S'mores Day!!!
I have been awaiting this day for months, friends! I hope by now you know my serious love affair with the s'mores creation and to help me celebrate, a few of my favorite blog friends are joining together for a S'mores Blog Hop today! We are sharing our favorite S'mores recipes and I hope you will find something to sink your sweet tooth into!
S'mores Popcorn
Here's an easy and fun s'mores recipe, great for snacking when you want the taste of s'mores without the hassle!
Ingredients
- 1 bag microwaveable popcorn
- 3-4 sqaures chocolate Candiquick
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Microwave popcorn according to instructions. Pour popped kernels into a ziplock bag and set aside.
2. Microwave Candiquick according to directions and spoon 3/4 of melted chocolate over popcorn in ziplock bag. Shake to cover popcorn and empty onto a baking sheet.
3. Add the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over popcorn and then drizzle remaining Candiquick over popcorn mixture. Let Candiquick harden before eating (about 5 minutes). Enjoy!
